Visit of the Constitutional Court of Spain to the Federal Constitutional Court

A delegation of the Constitutional Court of Spain, headed by President of the Court Prof. Dr. Juan José González Rivas, visited the Federal Constitutional Court from 14 to 16 February 2018. The President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Andreas Voßkuhle, as well as Vice President Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Kirchhof and other members of the Federal Constitutional Court received the delegation. In the expert discussions that took place during the visit, the participants addressed various topics relating to European law and fundamental rights, and exchanged information on recent case-law of their respective Courts.
