Information relating the decision database
The full German texts of the Federal Constitutional Court’s decisions that have been issued since 1 January 1998 are published here. The texts are the official ones; they are identical with the printed versions that the Court mails on request. The decisions are digitally signed. Here you can find information about the how to establish a secure connection to the Federal Constitutional Court’s webserver and how to verify the signatures.
