Wreath laying ceremony for the victims of war and dictatorship on the Day of National Mourning

On the Day of National Mourning (Volkstrauertag), wreaths will be laid at the Neue Wache in Berlin to commemorate the victims of war and dictatorship. The President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Andreas Voßkuhle, will attend the wreath laying and the subsequent official commemoration ceremony on the occasion of the Day of National Mourning in the plenary chamber of the German Bundestag on 18 November 2018.
