The President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, alongside other members of the Court, will attend the commemoration and wreath laying ceremony held at the Berlin-Plötzensee Memorial on 20 July 2025 to mark the 81st anniversary of the coup attempt of 20 July 1944. The commemoration will be followed by the solemn pledge ceremony of Bundeswehr recruits held on the parade grounds of the Federal Ministry of Defence on the occasion of this anniversary. During the solemn pledge ceremony, the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, will deliver the pledge address.
